The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region (The Arc NCR) supports people in Cecil and Harford Counties with differing abilities to create lives that mirror yours and mine: assisting individuals to live, learn, work, and participate in their communities independently. We are a private, non-profit local chapter of The Arc Maryland and The Arc of the United States, the largest national community-based organization devoted exclusively to improving the quality of life for all adults and children with developmental disabilities. Our services include: Supported Living, Individual Support Services, Services for Transitioning Youth, Supported Employment, Community Partners, Family Support Services and Treatment Foster Care.
