West Cecil Health Center has been delivering compassionate, comprehensive healthcare to Cecil and Harford County families since 2008. As a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide accessible, high-quality care to patients of all ages across three convenient locations in Conowingo, Havre de Grace, and Elkton (right in the Cecil County Health Department).
Our patient-centered approach offers a full spectrum of services, including Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Dental Care, Women's Health, and Optometry. We also provide Enrollment Assistance, bilingual staff and interpreting services, and on-site pharmacy and laboratory services at our Conowingo location.
West Cecil Health Center welcomes all patients, accepting Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans. We offer income-based sliding fee discounts to ensure cost is never a barrier to quality healthcare.
